Deposits, Re-Scheduling & Cancellations

£15 Deposit

There's a £15 deposit to secure each booking. This is deducted from your final service cost when you collect your car.

Re-Scheduling

Life can get hectic, so if you do need to re-schedule your Weekend Refresh, please let me know within 24-hours of your booking. You'll be offered a new appointment or your deposit can be refunded in full. One re-schedule per booking when notified within 24-hours. Subsequent re-schedules for the same booking will be treated as a cancellation.

No-Shows

If you cancel with less than 24-hours notice, your £15 deposit will be retained. If you do not show up for your appointment the £15 deposit will be retained.

I fully understand that life can take unexpected turns, so please get in touch if you do need to reschedule. I'll work with you to get your car booked in again.
